After recently launching Gilt Taste, a high-end online artisan grocery, Gilt Groupe is now prepping to launch its latest venture, the full-priced men’s site called Park & Bond late this summer. The site will have a broader selection than Gilt Man, featuring over 80 brands to include Alexander McQueen, Vince, Theory, A.P.C. and more.
“Men shop differently than women, and Park & Bond is designed with their needs in mind. Men are increasingly taking charge of their own wardrobe decisions and we aim to give them the tools to continue that trend — to outfit themselves without going ‘shopping,’” said John Auerbach, who currently serves as general manager of Gilt and future president of Park & Bond.
Gilt Groupe recently raised $138 million in capital to support the launch of this new brand and others, like Gilt Taste.
