Some of you may not realize, but I live in Tampa, Florida. Not NYC or L.A., little ole’ Tampa. That’s part of what made me start Sample Sale Sites – to bring sample sales to the masses who don’t live in cities that normally get a large dose of fashion!
This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending a conference here in Tampa called Blogger Brilliance and meeting the bloggers behind Grit & Glamour, Pretty Shiny Sparkly, Live FabuLESS, Create That Style, Everything Fabulous and dozens of others. The conference was to kick off Fashion Week Tampa Bay – yes we have a (small) fashion scene right here in Tampa – amazing! Tim Gunn of Project Runway fame hosted a runway show in the International Plaza mall featuring designs by Juicy Couture, Kate Spade and Lucky Brand Jeans, and then took questions from the crowd. *Sigh* I love you Tim!

What a wonderful time, I learned so much & you exercised such restraint. I just knew you were going to grab one of those bags & snag a photo op with Mr. Gunn. lol, It would have been his privilege for sure.
