We are going to talk about something today that no one talks about. You know. Botox, Restylane, Dysport, Perlane. That stuff you inject in your face but don’t tell anyone about. We all want to feel younger, but no one has to know we aren’t just naturally blessed…
I am 30…er…something. In the past few years, I’ve started to notice more and more an annoying little frown line between my eyebrows, and deepening smile lines (aka nasolabial folds). I was starting to hate looking in the mirror and seeing my wrinkles. I tried creams but nothing quite did the trick. A few weeks later I decided to try Perlane (a Restylane product) for my smile lines. I will say, don’t do it if you have an event that evening because it can make you a little sore for a day or two and give a slightly chipmunk-ish look for a day due to some swelling (I recommend you do it on a Friday afternoon before the weekend!) but by Monday, I was loving the smooth look of my new smile.
